Why did you choose the name Petals?

Metaphorically, petals of praise are the small expressions of faith, gratitude, and adoration that we offer to God. 

Do you take insurance?

No. Petals is a cash-based practice. We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, and FSA/HSA cards. Payments are due at the time of service. Information on sliding scale payments are available upon request.

Where do sessions take place?

Sessions will take place at our clinic in the Dayton Metropolitan Area.

What is an occupational therapist?

​

An occupational therapist, or OT, helps children build the skills they need for everyday life - things like playing, getting dressed, eating, writing, using scissors, managing sensory experiences, and participating at home or school.

What ages do you work with?

We provide pediatric occupational therapy for children ages 0 to 18.​​

Do I need a referral?

​

No. If you've noticed that your child is having difficulty with things like sensory processing, fine motor skills, coordination, handwriting, dressing, feeding, or other everyday activities, you can reach out to Petals directly.
